Complex Care Assistant

Role Overview

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be providing support and care to our service users (adults and children). This role requires a compassionate and attentive individual who can assist with clinical needs, personal care, and daily living tasks under the supervision of our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the care needs of service user in accordance with their care plan.
  • Support with clinical requirements such as Suctioning, Tracheostomy, Spinal Injuries, Brain Injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with family members and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
  • Monitor and record the health and well-being of service user, reporting any changes.
  • Ensure dignity, privacy, and independence are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience with complex care needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required, we can assist with this.
