Are you an experienced Practice Nurse seeking a supportive, community-focused surgery in West London?

We're looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join a friendly and well-run practice in the UB7 area on a permanent, part-time basis. This opportunity involves working 1-2 days per week, with Fridays being essential. The role is set to begin in January 2026 and offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £30, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a local Practice Nurse looking to join a warm, professional team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. You'll work alongside another experienced Practice Nurse and be fully supported by GPs, Healthcare Assistants, and a highly organised admin and management team. The practice serves a patient list of around 7,000, and the nearest train station is just a 4-minute walk away.

Skills needed:

• Cytology
• Baby and Travel Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management

A prescribing qualification is desirable to reach the top of the pay scale, but it's not essential.
