Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a detail-oriented File Management Assistant to join their operations team.
The File Management Assistant plays a vital role in supporting fee earners and administrative staff with the efficient organisation, tracking, archiving, and retrieval of client files and legal documents. This is an ideal role for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and an interest in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
As the right person, you have Proven experience in an administrative function, preferably within a law firm but not essential, and have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. You take responsibility for your tasks and make sure you see them through to completion, you are a self-motivated team player and you are not afraid of taking on new tasks as your role grows and develops
You enjoy working in an ever evolving (and slightly chaotic) work environment with a team of people that take their jobs seriously but enjoy a laugh and work hard to make the company a place people want to work at.
This is a part-time job-share role, with the option to work remotely if preferred. Ideally you should be able to work 20hrs per week, 10am-2pm Monday to Friday, although this is negotiable, and be able to attend the office a minimum of 2 days a week (more during the first 3 months).
