We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Trainer, to join our Niche Claims Team. Based in our office in Preston, you’ll lead the development and implementation of high-impact training programs, ensuring our claims professionals excel in handlingcomplex and specialized claims including Travel, Pet, Ancillary, Contents validation, Warranty and gadget claims. You’ll be instrumental in refining processes, enhancing regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
Please note - This role has a rolling shift pattern including weekends and evenings when induction requires
Design & Deliver Training Programs: Develop specialised training materials tailored to niche claims handling.
Team Development: Identify skill gaps and create strategic learning pathways for employee growth.
Performance Monitoring: Assess training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
Process Enhancement: Ensure alignment of training with operational workflows and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, claims teams, and senior leadership to refine training strategies.
Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Keep training in line with industry standards and best practices.
Experienced: 5+ years in training and development, preferably in insurance or claims management.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
Certified (Preferred): CIPD qualified
Strong Communicator: Excellent communication, and analytical skills.
