We are working with a client who is extremely busy so needs a Park Homes Administrator to join the small team.

Ideal experience will be someone that has dealt with property or has been involved with sales - telesales etc

This role can be full or part time - part time requires a minimum of 16 hours that includes Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you are interested in a self employed role plus holiday - this is also available

Car driver essential due to the location

Duties to include:

• Checking rents are paid –
• Advertising vacant properties on and pro-actively speaking to prospective tenants to ensure the property is not left unoccupied
• Ensuring Gas safety certificates are kept up to date
• Deal with incoming calls
• Writing and typing letters/General notices to tenants
• Ordering parts for the maintenance manager
• Sourcing new suppliers - negotiating prices
• Dealing with all emails
• Liaison with the council regarding housing benefit and council tax
• Dealing with Invoices and authorising for payment
• Record keeping of all maintenance issues
• Issuing housing tenancy contracts
• Supporting Director with Administration and any ad hoc requirements
• Keeping the office tidy and clean

Good Microsoft skills essential,together with a confident outgoing personality and the ability to deal with people
