Salary: £40,032- £43,179 per annum

We’re on the lookout for an inspiring Lecturer in Inclusive Learning to join our forward-thinking team. This is your chance to shape the future of education for learners with SEND and barriers to learning—through creativity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.

You will:

  • Deliver engaging, personalised lessons at Level 2 on the employability programme
  • Design inclusive schemes of work and lesson plans that spark curiosity and build confidence.
  • Support learners every step of the way—through thoughtful assessment, constructive feedback, and a genuine belief in their potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching quality and learner outcomes.
  • Champion real-world learning by connecting students with local and national employers.

You will need:

  • A teaching qualification at Level 5 (or a willingness to gain one).
  • Experience working with learners with SEND.
  • A flair for communication, a knack for motivation, and a heart for inclusive education.
  • A curious mind—always learning, always improving.
  • A readiness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in everything from lesson planning to college events.
