Recruitment Administrator

Location: Ramsgate Office / Hybrid

Hours: Part-Time

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping things organised. You will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day operations and ensuring processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating candidate records on our CRM
  • Formatting CVs and documents to company standard
  • Liaising with clients and candidates
  • Posting job adverts across various platforms and website
  • Social Media and Blog creation and scheduling
  • General administrative duties to assist consultants

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous admin experience (recruitment experience a bonus but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook as well as comfortable learning new systems
  • Experience with Canva and Mailchimp is desired, but not essential
