?? Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 + Alternate Saturdays, 8:30–12:30

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Parts Advisor to join their friendly and hard-working team in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling customer queries and processing orders
• Managing parts requisitions
• Providing accurate product information and advice
• Supporting with inventory control and ordering
• Issuing credits and processing return requests
• Verifying invoices and responding to customer email queries
• Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Taking card payments over the phone
• (Desirable)Experience in goods-in receiving, ordering, or banking/payment allocation

• Good Excel skills & strong attention to detail
• Data entry experience
• Basic understanding of invoices, credits & ledgers
• Hard-working, reliable & a strong team player
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
• (Desirable)Experience in ordering, goods-in, or banking/payment allocation
