This newly shaped role blends public relations, light-touch marketing, and high-level administrative support to help drive the charity’s grant and fundraising strategy forward.

What you'll be doing:
Support the charity’s communications strategy through PR and low-level marketing activities (e.g., newsletters, social media updates, event promotion).
Proactively identify and engage potential grant recipients, guiding them through the application process.
Coordinate and support fundraising events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports for Trustee and sub-committee meetings.
Attend meetings and accurately record minutes and actions.
Maintain efficient administrative systems to support grant awards and fundraising activities.
What you'll need:
Experience in PR, communications, or marketing (even at a junior level).
Strong administrative skills, including minute-taking and document preparation.
Previous experience in the third sector or a fundraising/grant-related role is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
