Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to reduce your hours slightly?

Are you an experienced IFA Support Administrator, looking for an opportunity to join a growing wealth management business, based in the Huddersfield area?

This is a fantastic opportunity to progress in the Financial Services industry with hours to suit.

Job Summary:

  • You will be responsible for working closely with the advisers and clients
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients
  • Send Letters of Authority and gather accurate information
  • Obtain illustrations and application forms
  • Production of portfolio valuations
  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries

Qualifications and Experience: -

  • Minimum 1 year experience in financial services administration
  • Salary range up to £35k FTE depending upon experience
  • Pension and death in service benefits
  • 25 days holiday (+ Bank Holidays) per annum
  • Support with further qualifications, including study leave
