We’re working with a fast-growing agency to find an experienced marketer to join the dynamic team!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have full ownership of planning and delivering the marketing strategy , from campaign creation and audience growth to social engagement and event promotion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a results-driven marketing strategy for an international event launch
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content marketing
  • Collaborate with UK and international partners, agencies, and influencers
  • Tailor marketing materials to suit different regions and audiences
  • Create engaging content to build anticipation and boost ticket sales
  • Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and report on ROI
  • Manage marketing budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns run smoothly
  • Support on-site marketing activity, including live event coverage and post-event engagement

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within events or campaign-based roles
  • Experience running international or regional marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships and influence effectively
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and adjust strategies
