Your new role

As a Personal Tax Senior, you'll take the lead in preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, ensuring full compliance with UK tax legislation. You'll advise clients on complex tax matters, support junior team members, and contribute to effective tax planning strategies. With growing autonomy, you'll begin managing your own portfolio and play a key role in delivering client satisfaction and business performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax codes, regulations, and deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet client and business expectations
• Excellent communication skills, including handling HMRC queries
• ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA qualified or studying towards qualification
• Confidence in mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous development
