Operations Administrator


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time Operations Administrator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support to the operations team and broader business. This position involves order processing, record keeping, scheduling, data management and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining financial and employee records
  • Co-ordinate meetings and projects
  • Communicate with key clients and suppliers, keeping excel records up to date - Excel skills essential for this role
  • Able to raise requisitions and invoices using Xero (not essential)

Experience

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, part-time hours 9-1 every day ideally, could accommodate more but has to be every day
  • Must be numerate and have good experience of excel
  • Admin background essential
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience of multi tasking
  • Good communication skills both written and verbally
