Shifts: Rotational, 35 hours per week

• Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
• Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
• Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Your Service

Windsor Avenue is a cosy, calm home with a warm and social atmosphere. Everyone who lives here loves to relax in the in-house sensory room, spend time together in the common areas watching movies or doing crafts, or having their friends and family over to spend time together. Everyone is encouraged to get involved and have their say in how their home is run. They assist with all areas of the house like cooking and decorating, and planning their daily activities.

You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant) but your values are most important to us.
