About the Role

As a Call Centre Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inbound calls, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring every customer leaves the conversation feeling valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Resolve queries quickly and accurately, maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Update customer records and systems with accurate information
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred, not essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Confident using computer systems and multitasking during calls
