Office Administrator

My client is a well established, award winning consultancy business with over 100 staff based in Manchester City Centre. It has a great reputation both as a key business in it's field and as a first class employer. Based in premium offices, close to public transport links) they are looking for a candidate to join the team in a key support role as an Administrator / Executive PA for one of their teams. The role will be on a part-time basis for 3-4 days per week and the salary advertised is the FTE salary.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will have a varied role where no day is like the other. Duties will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Production of documents on behalf of the members of the team
  • Able to apply high levels of confidentiality
  • Plan, arrange client meetings and draft agendas
  • Manage diaries and organise internal and external meetings for fee earners.
  • Manage clients and external callers professionally and efficiently
  • Proactively manage files on the case management system, keeping them up to date with filing, in good order and diarised forward where appropriate
  • Managing the team billing process, including raising and sending out bills to clients
  • General administration duties

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and:-

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and adept in adopting new systems and platforms
