The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing & CRM Executive to take ownership of our marketing systems, data, and campaigns, helping us run a more joined-up, insight-led approach across all parts of the business.
You’ll sit at the heart of ICP Search’s commercial growth, connecting marketing activity directly to sales outcomes, while leading the adoption of new tools and AI-driven processes that make everything more efficient and measurable.
What You’ll Do
1. CRM, Data & Automation
- Audit and optimise our CRM (Colleague) to ensure data accuracy, usability, and meaningful reporting.
- Build new workflows, automations, and dashboards to track leads, campaign performance, and client/candidate engagement.
- Explore integration options between Colleague, SourceWhale, HubSpot, and other automation layers to enhance performance visibility.
- Use AI tools to improve campaign personalisation, automate content generation, and test messaging performance.
- Develop systems and habits to maintain clean, accurate data across the business.
- Design automated re-engagement and nurture sequences for clients and candidates.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Content
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email that strengthen ICP’s position in Sport, Media, and Technology.
- Support consultants with high-quality, branded LinkedIn visuals and post templates in Canva.
- Use AI tools to improve campaign personalisation, automate content generation, and test messaging performance.
- Improve job advert visibility through keyword optimisation.
- Craft clear, engaging content for website updates, testimonials, events, and newsletters.
- Coordinate marketing around ICP events, podcast releases, and client announcements.
3. Insights & Performance Analytics
- Connect marketing activity to pipeline performance, identify where leads originate and which channels convert.
- Create live dashboards tracking campaign engagement, conversions, and commercial impact.
- Use analytics (and AI insights where possible) to forecast trends, segment audiences, and recommend campaign strategy.
- Set and report on KPIs that demonstrate clear commercial impact.
4. Brand, Storytelling & AI Adoption
- Help develop ICP’s visual and editorial consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Elevate the storytelling behind client successes, leadership hires, and industry insights.
- Support the Authentic Resilience podcast marketing, repurposing content for digital reach and engagement.
- Champion the adoption of AI across the marketing function, from content generation and scheduling to analytics and workflow automation, ensuring ICP stays ahead of how technology is shaping modern marketing.
You’ll Bring
- Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Colleague or similar).
- Confidence in building workflows, dashboards, and automations that make data useful.
- Curiosity about how AI can enhance marketing and CRM efficiency — and confidence in experimenting with new tools.
- Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, email, programmatic).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, especially for B2B or executive audiences.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with campaign reporting, metrics, and insights.
- Familiarity with Canva, SEO, and Google Analytics is highly beneficial.
