The Role

This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position, where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from developing new business opportunities to maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

You’ll play a key role in driving business growth, sourcing top talent, and ensuring both clients and candidates receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new and existing B2B client relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to placement.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets, earning uncapped commission.
