Technical Compliance Administrator
Location: Thetford
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Thetford who are looking for a highly organised Technical Compliance Administrator to join their team.

This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and ideally some experience within an engineering or technical environment. You’ll be responsible for compiling and maintaining technical documentation to ensure compliance with current legislation and standards.

Working closely with suppliers, engineers, and design teams, you’ll gather information, review drawings, and ensure each technical file is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and maintain technical documentation
• Liaise with engineering and design departments to collate drawings, specifications, and supporting information.
• Communicate with suppliers of parts, by phone and email to obtain technical data, certificates, and product details.
• Research supplier websites and source compliant components.
• Cross-reference legislation and standards to ensure all documentation is complete.
• Assist with machinery risk assessments and compliance checks.

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Word.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with both suppliers and internal engineering teams.
• Comfortable reviewing technical drawings and documentation.
• Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment is desirable.
