Shift Pattern

• Early shift: 7am-2.30pm
  
• Late shift: 2.30pm-10pm
• Night shift: sleep-in shift 
• Full flexibility required to work the above shifts on rota basis, including weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
