The Role

As a Property Viewing Representative, you’ll be the friendly face of the company when meeting prospective tenants at clients’ properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients’ properties to meet and greet prospective tenants
• Present the property in a professional and engaging way
• Take high-quality photographs for marketing and records
• Provide feedback and updates to the internal team after each visit
• Represent the company positively and uphold our professional standards

The Ideal Candidate:

You’ll be confident, reliable, and customer-focused, with great communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience in property, lettings, or customer service would be advantageous, though not essential. About you:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work on an ad hoc basis
