Administrator

Our client, a leading company in the construction sector, is seeking a part-time Administrator to support their Technical Department. This temporary role could become permanent for the right candidate, and flexible working arrangements are available for those who can meet core requirements on 3–4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain document control of drawings and project information, ensuring internal and external teams have up-to-date information.
  • Manage the flow of drawings, documentation, and data across the organisation.
  • Assist with data entry into financial trackers and support invoicing processes.
  • Help raise consultant Purchase Orders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Technical Team.
  • Attend team meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • Maintain development and approval records for statutory authorities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or document control, ideally within a technical or construction environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Fast and accurate data entry.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to problem-solve.

Hours: Flexible part-time (3–4 days per week), with full-time hours possible for the right candidate.
