This is a Permanent opportunity and can be a full or part-time position across 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal tasks, including travel arrangements, shopping, and medical appointments.
Run errands and provide general support as needed.
Support with board meeting preparation and document handling.
Manage meeting rooms and sensitive information with discretion.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls.
Welcome guests professionally and serve refreshments during meetings.
Process expenses and purchase orders.
Handle ad hoc tasks from senior staff.
