The Opportunity

Are you an organised, personable, and proactive individual looking for a varied and rewarding role? We’re recruiting a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior executive and their family, while also assisting the wider leadership team with administrative and front-of-house duties.

This is a Permanent opportunity and can be a full or part-time position across 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal tasks, including travel arrangements, shopping, and medical appointments.
  • Run errands and provide general support as needed.
  • Support with board meeting preparation and document handling.
  • Manage meeting rooms and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls.
  • Welcome guests professionally and serve refreshments during meetings.
  • Process expenses and purchase orders.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks from senior staff.
