Description

  • Assist with managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Processing billing along with daily cash flow management
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments efficiently.
  • Support the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal use.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Respond to queries related to financial transactions and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team.

Profile

A successful Part Time Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Experience in accounting or finance-related tasks within a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
