Flexible hours to fit in with your home life. This is a zero-hours contract. They offer shifts from 7am – 2pm, 9am – 2pm / 2:30pm, or 4pm – 10pm, Monday to Friday, and every other weekend on a Saturday and Sunday.

Duties of a Community Carer Include:

• Assisting your client with personal care tasks.
• Prompting and giving medication.
• Assisting with meal preparations.
• Doing domestic duties.
• Support calls i.e. taking your clients shopping, escorting to hospital appointments etc.
• Companionship calls.
• Promoting their independence.

Requirements:

• Our client is looking for people who will be dedicated, motivated, caring and willing to help their clients to remain living in their own home.
• They do ask you are able to work every other weekend.
• Experience is not essential as full in-house training is provided.
• That you hold a driving licence and have your own vehicle (walkers are welcome).
• A full enhanced DBS (CRB) is required for this role.
