Carlisle (Mostly remote with monthly time in office)

Our financial services organisation is looking for someone to support the Finance Lead, reporting directly to them, and joining a team that values a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• Support with finance admin tasks: bookkeeping, invoicing, purchase orders, and audit trails
• Assist with timesheet management for a large team, including weekly reconciliation and error checking
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reconciliation documents, and project trackers (Excel skills essential; ability to fix or rebuild macros is a plus)
• Manage stakeholder relationships & help project managers with forecasting and data accuracy

For this role you should have:

• Bookkeeping experience and a good understanding of invoicing, purchase orders, and more complex finance scenarios
• Strong Excel skills (macros understanding would be ideal)
• Personable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with a mix of finance admin and stakeholder management
• Excellent level of attention to detail
