The SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

As an essential component of our team, you will assist youth by:

  • Delivering committed, all-encompassing assistance that extends beyond the classroom.
  • Putting an emphasis on wellbeing, life skills, and personal growth.
  • Assisting with complex requirements in a dynamic, creative setting.

This is a full-time, permanent role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Term-Time Only. ASAP start (notice periods considered).

Essential Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults.

  • Desirable: Level 2 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (or similar).
