Private Client Legal Secretary – Full-Time or Part-Time

Duties include:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors in the Private Client department
  • Assisting with matters relating to:
  • Wills
  • Tax
  • Probate
  • Estate administration
  • Managing digital dictation typing and ensure accurate document production
  • Handling diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Communicating professionally with clients via telephone and email
  • Maintaining confidentiality and uphold high standards of client service

About you:

  • Proven experience in a Private Client legal secretarial role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Proficiency in digital dictation and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
