Clinical Pharmacists - Full Time & Part Time (Redditch, Worcestershire)

Fixed term contracts - 10 months

Full time: 37.5 hrs | Part time: 18.5 hrs

We're recruiting on behalf of a friendly, patient-focused GP practice in Redditch seeking two Clinical Pharmacists to join their expanding team.

These roles (ARRS-funded, directly employed by the practice) offer the chance to make a real difference to patient care while working alongside an experienced multi-disciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, and fellow pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured medication reviews and manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Provide expert medicines advice and support to the clinical team.
• Handle repeat prescriptions, medication queries, and reconciliation after hospital discharge.
• Lead on medicines optimisation, prescribing safety, and quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

• MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration.
• Independent Prescriber (or working towards).
• Experience in medication reviews and managing long-term conditions.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to patient-centred care.
