Key Responsibilities
  • Create and send invoices for completed jobs
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare financial records and reports for our accountant
  • Manage day-to-day company finances
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
