Our client is well known for honest, professional recruitment services. Operating across the Commercial and Industrial services sectors, they have a loyal and, in some cases, exclusive client base. They have a strong branch network and are located in key towns and cities across the UK.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to head up the Northampton Branch.

They are looking for an ambitious and capable leader who can build the team, inspire, coach and mentor. You will be tasked with the full day-to-day management of the team and will be expected to lead by example, sell the services to local businesses, and grow the branch, which is making good profit margins. The team will need to be recruited, supervised, and trained, and will require a motivated, disciplined, and driven manager.

This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to take control of the business, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring.

You will have full P&L responsibility and will be expected to take full charge and run the branch as if this really were your own business.

The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment.

Previous managerial experience within a focused, targeted recruitment environment is essential, as is a full UK driving licence.
