Part-Time Team Secretary
Location: Sheffield
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 1 day in the office, 2 days from home

We are looking for a Part-Time Team Secretary a leading law firm in Sheffield, the role is providing a high-quality and efficient secretarial service to fee-earners and trainee solicitors. This is a job share position, offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Reporting directly to the Secretarial Services Manager, you'll take ownership of your workload and be proactive in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing general legal correspondence and documentation
Producing and collating bundles and legal papers
Creating secure links and managing document sharing
Drafting and preparing forms and templates
Conducting document comparisons and proof-reading for accuracy
Liaising with clients, courts, and external contacts
Opening new matters and maintaining accurate electronic records
Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
Processing fee-earner expenses
Managing workflow to support teams such as the Document & Design Centre and Print Room
Building effective working relationships with colleagues across all levels
Providing cross-practice support as required
You'll bring:
Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A proactive, professional, and flexible approach to your work
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confidence in liaising with clients and colleagues at all level
