A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading boutique Healthcare Recruitment Agency. We are seeking a proactive and proven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis (20 hours per week). This role offers the perfect opportunity to maintain a competitive income while working fully remotely and setting your own schedule.

The Role:

You will be the vital link connecting exceptional Healthcare Workers (specifically those with experience in the Care Industry) with urgent placements. Your sole focus will be talent identification, screening, and pipeline management.

Duties of the Recruitment Resourcer to include:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search and identify qualified healthcare workers across job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Initial Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, and right-to-work status.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various care industry roles.
• Database Administration: Accurately update candidate information, status, and communication logs within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Compliance Verification: Ensure candidates possess the necessary certifications and checks required for immediate deployment into the care sector.

Requirements for the successful Recruitment Resourcer:

• Proven, hands-on experience in sourcing, recruiting, or resourcing specifically for Healthcare/Care Industry workers (Carers, Support Workers, Nurses, etc.).
• Excellent communication and screening skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own flexible schedule effectively.
