COBie Data Administrator Part-time

Overview

We are partnering with a respected UK housebuilder to appoint a skilled Data Administrator with strong COBie expertise, to support asset data management across a growing portfolio of developments.

This pivotal role focuses on the collection, validation, and maintenance of structured data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with both industry and client standards. You will work collaboratively with technical and project teams to uphold the integrity of asset information and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality residential schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in COBie software and a background in property, construction, or architecture, who enjoys detail-driven, collaborative work within a forward-thinking organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain COBie datasets for housing schemes
  • Coordinate with design, technical, and construction teams to ensure accurate and consistent asset information
  • Support the implementation of data workflows and quality assurance checks
  • Assist with data reporting and integration across multiple systems

Requirements

  • Experience working within property, construction, or architectural environments
  • Proficient in COBie software and structured data processes
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of asset information requirements
  • Confident communicator with excellent Excel and data management skills
