Inventory Clerk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join a highly reputable and well-established estate agency in the Norwich area on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out property inspections, inventories, and check-outs, ensuring all reports are completed accurately and to a high professional standard. You’ll work closely with the lettings and property management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both landlords and tenants.

As an Inventory Clerk, you will be offered:

  • Competitive salary of up to £28,000 pro rata

Working hours:

As an Inventory Clerk, you will be required to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed property inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Carry out mid-term inspections and report on property condition
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and property managers in a professional manner
  • Ensure reports are completed promptly and accurately
  • Maintain organised records and manage your daily schedule efficiently

Inventory Clerk requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or within a similar property-related role
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with inventory software is advantageous
