About the Role

As Finance Manager, you'll be at the heart of financial operations. This term-time only position is perfect for candidates seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact. You'll lead on budgeting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the school runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly management accounts
• Process orders, invoices, and payments using Trust finance systems
• Oversee payroll, lettings, banking, and cashbook transactions
• Maintain accurate asset registers and ensure audit readiness
• Reconcile bank, purchase ledger, and sales ledger accounts monthly

What We're Looking For

• AAT qualification or equivalent experience in finance
• Proficiency in finance and budgetary software
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative finance department
• Open to both full-time and part-time applicants
