An interesting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced administrator who takes great pride in accuracy and quality of work, with good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook who wants to join an innovative and very friendly company.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 4 pm with one hour for lunch, happy to consider both part or full time hours to suit the candidate. Hourly rate is £12.76 per hour (£26,209.04 FTE) and holiday allowance is 25 days plus bank holidays.
Duties:
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, document control, and correspondence handling.
Answer incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
Assist in processing customer orders, invoices, and delivery paperwork as required.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring up-to-date information in company systems.
Provide support to sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documents.
Help maintain a tidy, organised office environment and support visitors and staff with day-to-day needs.
Support Marketing Coordinator with social media and other proactive sale approaches.
Support sale operations with identification and collation of lead opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
