Joining this team as a Senior Fee Earner, you’ll handle a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters with minimal supervision while supporting the department’s continued growth. If you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with strong private client experience, keep on reading.

What you’ll need:

• At least 4 years’ experience managing probate and complex wills matters from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of LPAs, Court of Protection, estate planning, trusts & IHT
• Excellent client care and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident using case management systems
