Administrator - Marchandising

We’re seeking an Administrator focused on Merchandising operations, supporting our buying, product and commercial teams to ensure our ranges are delivered with accuracy, speed, and efficiency. At Bensons for Beds, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are always ready for the customer – online and in-store – and that our commercial processes run like clockwork.
Administrator Responsibilities – Merchandising Support and Product Administration - Provide precise and proactive administrative support for our merchandising, buying and product data operations
- Assist with setting up and maintaining product and range information in internal systems
- Process data entry for product, stock, and pricing updates using MS Office and company platforms
- Liaise between merchandising, buying, supply chain, and retail teams to deliver product launches
- Work closely with external suppliers and partners to ensure accurate and complete product information
- Manage digital records, ensuring all files and documents are up-to-date and securely stored
- Assist with weekly reporting, sales tracking, and analysis for product and promotional activity
- Support improvements within merchandising processes and contribute to team projects
Key Skills & Experience – Merchandising Administrator Qualifications - Previous administration experience in a retail, merchandising, or office-based role (ideally 1+ years)
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Confident communicator, able to work with diverse internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrates a customer and commercial focus in their daily work
- Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines, and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Experience handling product or stock data is desirable
- Background in retail, merchandising, or supply chain is an advantage
