House Manager/Property Manager

Working week: 15-20 hours a week~ you must be flexible and happy to be available when the property is in use

Start Date: Nov/Dec or Jan for the right candidate

Salary: self-employed £18 per hour on weekdays, £20 per hour on weekends or the client is happy to be put on payroll

A luxury home that also rents it out to celebrities and guests requires a hands-on, committed candidate to manage a 10 Bedroom property in West Lulworth, Dorset. The ideal candidate will be based locally and know the surrounding area.

Duties will include;

Maintenance of the property

Liaising with and organising contractors when needed

Working with the booking manager

Welcoming tenants, front of house

Being on call for any issues or problems

Organising housekeeping services

Organising welcome packs for new guests

The ideal candidate will be able to source local produce and provide information on the local area and places of interest.

You will be organised, efficient, and must be IT literate. You will be friendly, professional, and flexible.
