Citadel Source is looking for an experienced Part-Time Credit Controller to join our client based in the South Gloucestershire area. This is a permanent hybrid role, working 25 hours per week across five days, ideal for someone looking for reduced or school hours.

About you

You’ll have solid experience in Credit Control, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, changing business environment. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

The role

As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing the company’s cash flow, making sure invoices are paid on time and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll monitor credit limits, chase outstanding payments, and handle any payment queries efficiently and professionally.

As a Credit Controller, your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing the full credit control process
• Updating client accounts with BACS statements, remittance advice and credit card receipts
• Sending statements to customers and internal teams
• Carrying out credit checks on new credit applications
• Providing invoices and reports for the sales team and clients

What the client has to offer

• A salary level of £28,000 to £32,000 (FTE)
• Part-time 25h per week
• Hybrid (3 days in the office)
• On-site parking
