Part-Time Accounts Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator to join a well-established company in south Leicestershire. This role requires approximately 20 hours of work per week.


We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and driven individual who is eager to join a friendly team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software.
  • Managing Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger tasks.
  • Performing general Finance Administration duties.
  • Assisting with Credit Control


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, or similar position.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and personable.
  • If you have worked with Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero this would be desirable

Details of the Role:

The company is flexible and can split the 20 hours across four or five days per week, making this an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role that fits around other commitments, such as school hours.
