??? What You'll Be Doing

• General customer service and complaint handling
• Handle customer & client queries
• Oversee order processing, returns & stock issues
• Coordinate with warehouse on deliveries
• Generate reports & analyse trends
• Jump into packing during busy times (team spirit!)

?? Who You Are

• Experienced in customer service
• Great communicator with a problem-solving mindset
• Familiar with platforms like Freshdesk
• Comfortable with data reporting & analysis
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented

??? Job Details

?? Location: Stevenage (new office coming 2026!)

?? Occasional travel to other sites (expenses covered)

? Overtime may be required occasionally
