Hire Purpose is partnering with an independent specialist college for young people with complex special educational needs, as we secure a productive HR professional to join the team in a brand-new position, on a permanent capacity.

This is a hands-on role which provides a chance to shape the culture of a small, yet dedicated team within a values-led organisation as the headcount of pupils and staff continues to grow.

Reporting directly to the Principal and sitting on the senior leadership team, we are looking for an individual who’s role will be dedicated to all things ‘people and process’. Responsibilities will range from managing policy implementation, updating compliance and checking and providing contracts, to assisting day to day with various queries and questions that staff may have.

The college is seeking someone who brings both professionalism and empathy, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating intimately within a close-knit leadership team.
