Administrator (Evening Shift)

Location: Cheadle Hulme

Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:00 – 23:00 (Part-time, Permanent)

Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour

Due to continued expansion and our exciting move to a larger, modern site, UCH Logistics is looking to grow our dedicated team with the addition of an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator.

UCH Logistics is a dynamic, customer-focused provider of specialist transport services to the airfreight industry. Established in 2000, we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, time-sensitive, and next-day deliveries across the UK.

Evenings are a particularly busy and fast-paced time, and we’re now seeking a proactive team player to support operations during these crucial hours.

As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our warehouse and transport operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, checking, and scanning essential documentation
• Liaising with drivers, warehouse colleagues, and other team members
• Inputting daily data accurately and efficiently
• Assisting the day shift team to ensure smooth handovers and operational flow

A flexible, can-do approach is essential, as collaboration is at the heart of what we do.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• The ability to work to strict deadlines in a busy environment
• A calm and professional manner at all times
• Previous experience within transport or freight forwarding (advantageous, not essential)

Full training will be provided on our in-house systems, with opportunities to broaden your knowledge of the transport and freight forwarding industry.
