Job Type: Full-time - part time or condensed hours would be considered on 4 day per week basis
My client are a premium distributor with a turnover of £25 million and ambitious plans to reach £100 million in the next 8 years. They are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function and drive brand growth across all digital and traditional channels. This is a hands-on role that will shape their marketing strategy, manage campaigns end-to-end, and work closely with our Managing Director to bring bold ideas to life.
Day-to-day of the role:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets.
Present innovative ideas and campaigns directly to the Managing Director.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a Marketing Executive.
Digital Marketing:
Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
Create and upload engaging video content.
Oversee SEO strategy and performance.
Update and maintain website content; web design capabilities are a plus.
Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns.
Manage email marketing via Mailchimp.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Events & Partnerships:
Organise and manage our presence at trade shows and events
Coordinate with brand ambassadors and attend regular meetings with them.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within B2B retail/food/consumer goods sectors
Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, social media, video content, and analytics.
Experience with Mailchimp or similar CRM platforms.
Creative, confident, and proactive personality – not afraid to take a punt and pitch bold ideas.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a reactive, fast-paced environment.
Web design or content management experience is a bonus.
