Home Care - Community Care Assistants Wanted!

Sheffield & surrounding areas- access to car an advantage - weekends only

Pay: £13.25 - £13.75 per hour, plus £1.50 per call if a driver

Precedo Healthcare are recruiting experienced home care or community care staff to join our Sheffield Team, Weekends only , to provide exceptional end-of-life care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable carers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect.

Basics of the Role:

• Essential care and emotional support to individuals at the end of life.
• Working on double Handed calls across Sheffield

What we require:

• Previous experience in home or community care, especially around medication support.
• A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
• A genuine passion for caring and supporting people in their own homes.
• Confidence in using electronic systems for care notes and medication logs.

Fully Enhanced DBS or willing to apply
