A well-established law firm in Liverpool is seeking a detail-oriented Post Completion Clerk to join their busy team. This role involves managing post-completion processes, including Land Registry applications, requisition handling, and client/lender communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit AP1/FR1 applications
Manage OS1 and Companies House schedules
Handle requisitions and maintain accurate records
Liaise with clients, lenders, and brokers
Support with document production and distribution
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in post-completion work (OS1, Companies House, Land Registry)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work proactively and collaboratively
