Post Completion Clerk

Full-time, Part-time and flexible hours considered

A well-established law firm in Liverpool is seeking a detail-oriented Post Completion Clerk to join their busy team. This role involves managing post-completion processes, including Land Registry applications, requisition handling, and client/lender communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit AP1/FR1 applications
  • Manage OS1 and Companies House schedules
  • Handle requisitions and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and brokers
  • Support with document production and distribution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in post-completion work (OS1, Companies House, Land Registry)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively
