What You’ll Do

• Build and manage your own pipeline of listings and sales
• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the property journey
• Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations
• Work collaboratively with the wider network to share best practice and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Estate Agent, Valuer, or Lister
• Self-motivated with strong local market knowledge
• Confident communicator who enjoys autonomy
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your own business
