RG Consultancy are delighted to be supporting an excellent company based in Preston who are looking to add a part-time Accounts Administrator to their small, friendly team.
Working alongside the Senior Accounts Assistant, this part-time Accounts Administrator role would be responsible for supporting with general accounts admin and working on the purchase ledger.
Duties include:
Inputting of invoices
Checking and matching purchase orders and delivery notes
Dealing with any queries on invoices
Supporting with CIS invoicing
Managing the accounts inbox
Answering the telephone and directing queries to relevant people
General accounts administration
They are looking for someone to work between 15 and 20 hours per week and would be ideal for someone looking to work around school hours.
